Allegiant gates 7–11 have one real bar option: Liquid Provisions

This is PIE’s post-security bar in the Main Terminal, sitting just past the Allegiant gates 7–11. It’s a small counter with limited stools plus a few nearby tables, more low-key than the pre-security District Pub. Think “drink before boarding,” not a full restaurant. Figure on $$ pricing in the usual airport-bar range, higher than St. Pete neighborhood spots but normal for a terminal.

Drinks lean simple: Bloody Marys and draft beer get the most love in Google reviews, with one traveler calling out a “strong Bloody Mary” before a morning flight. Expect standard liquor and domestic drafts rather than rare bottles. Tabs for a cocktail or pint usually land in the low-to-mid teens once tax and tip hit, similar to other small-airport bars.

Food is minimal, more bar snacks than a sit-down meal. Reviewers describe small bites only, so think chips or light nibbles and plan on eating real food elsewhere in PIE or back in town. If you want an actual entree, this probably isn’t it. Treat it as a drink stop between security and your Allegiant boarding call.

Service depends heavily on timing. When only one Allegiant flight is on the board, the solo bartender keeps up fine and chats with regulars. When two or three flights out of gates 7–11 hit boarding windows at once, multiple reviews mention slow service and long waits to order or close out, just because one person is working the whole bar.

Regulars say they head straight here the minute they clear security, grab a barstool, then close out their tab 20–30 minutes before departure. That buffer matters if you’re on an Allegiant run with a tight turn or checked bag drama. Tip: if you see a crowd stacking up in the gate area, pay your bill before the rush hits the bar.
