West Economy Garage runs $19 per day and sits on-airport, west of Terminal 3. It’s a long-stay option, so it makes more sense for trips of three days or more than for a quick overnight. You’re paying less than the terminal garage rate while still staying inside the official Phoenix Sky Harbor parking system, with airport security patrols and cameras.

The walk from West Economy Garage to Terminal 3 is roughly 0.3 miles and usually clocks in around a 12-minute stroll if you’re rolling a standard carry-on. If you don’t feel like walking in summer heat, the airport shuttle typically covers the same distance in about 5 minutes, dropping you at the Terminal 3 curb. Figure in a few extra minutes during peak morning banks.

This garage is fully covered and caps vehicle height at 6 feet 10 inches. Stalls are standard size, and ramps inside the structure are fairly tight, so take it slow if you’re in a larger SUV.

West Economy Garage mainly serves Terminal 3 flyers but is technically usable for Terminal 4 if you ride the PHX Sky Train connection. That connection adds time, so budget at least 20–25 extra minutes door to gate compared with parking at a Terminal 4 garage. If you’re cutting it close for a morning departure, this is not the place to experiment with tight timing.

Pro tip: If your vehicle is under 6'10" and you’re flying out of Terminal 3, park near the stairwells closest to the shuttle stop so you can pick walking or shuttle based on the heat when you arrive.
