Gate C-side gadget stop that saves forgotten chargers

InMotion Entertainment in Terminal C sits in the main concourse near the center of the C-gate lineup, so you pass it on most C departures at Philadelphia International Airport. It’s post-security, so this is a last-minute stop for electronics before you board. Think phone cables, power banks, headphones, and travel adapters rather than big-box store variety.

Hours typically track flight banks in Terminal C, opening by early morning departures around 5:00–5:30 a.m. and running into the late-evening flights after 9:00 p.m. Inventory leans on brand-name gear: you’ll see options from JBL, Sony, and Apple-compatible accessories in the glass cases and on the wall pegs. Prices run above Target or Amazon, but that’s standard airport tax territory.

You can usually grab a basic USB-C or Lightning cable in the $20–$30 range and smaller power banks starting around $30–$40. Over-ear noise-cancelling headphones jump much higher, often into the low $200s, so this is more of a backup buy than a planned splurge. Staff plug gear into a demo phone or tablet at the counter if you want to confirm fit before tapping your card.

There’s no seating and no repair service here, just retail. Figure 5–10 minutes to walk in from gates like C18 or C22, scan the racks, and get back to your boarding area. Last tip: if your battery is under 30% before a transcon out of C, grab a power bank here first and charge at the gate using both outlets so you board at 80%+ instead of hunting for ports on the aircraft.
