Airport Employee Parking

Staff parking

Employee lot only, not for regular Oslo Airport passengers

Airport Employee Parking at Oslo Airport Gardermoen (OSL) is a staff-only car park linked to Terminal T operations, not a public option you can book. If you’re flying out of OSL as a normal passenger, you won’t be able to reserve or access this lot through the regular parking portals or machines in the terminal.

This staff parking is controlled via airport employee permits and access cards issued by Avinor, the operator of Oslo Airport. Spaces are allocated based on employment status at OSL, not on flight details, airline, or length of trip, so arriving early with a regular ticket doesn’t change eligibility.

Employee parking sits within the airport perimeter and feeds staff into Terminal T work areas via dedicated routes and shuttles set up for employees. Public parking for travelers is instead signed as P1, P2, P4, and other long-term or short-term options around the main access road into OSL.

If you’re trying to save money by copying staff routines, this lot will not help: payment, if any, is handled through internal payroll or company billing rather than the standard daily NOK tariffs shown for P1 or P4. You also won’t find public chargers or bookable extras here; those are located in the official passenger car parks.

Practical tip: when you follow airport signs, ignore anything marked internally as staff parking and aim for the public car parks (P1, P2, P4, or off-site operators) that match your departure time from Terminal T and your budget.
