United Club

Gate F10 is a 2-minute walk from this United Club

This United Club sits in Terminal 2, Concourse F, mainly feeding United Express and regional flights. It’s past security, on the F side, so you don’t need to switch terminals if you’re flying out of the F1–F28 gates. Most ORD regulars call it the “old T2 club” and treat it as a backup, not a destination.

Hours usually track early United banks: doors open before 5:00 a.m. and run through the evening departures. Check the United app for the exact close time on your date; it can shift with the schedule. Access works like other United Clubs: memberships, one-time passes, eligible Star Alliance premium cabins, and qualifying United elites all get in, as long as your same-day boarding pass is from ORD.

Seating runs tight when the 4:00–7:00 p.m. regional wave hits F concourse. Think older armchairs, smaller footprint, and not many power outlets compared with the T1 clubs by B6 and C16. Google reviews repeatedly call out an “outdated interior,” so set expectations closer to legacy club than the newer ORD build-outs.

Food mirrors the standard United Club buffet: soups, basic salads, a couple of hot items, and snack-level carbs. Don’t come here expecting the spread you’d see in Polaris in T1 near gate C18; this is more “grab something quick before boarding your CRJ at F9.” Drinks follow the usual pattern: house beer and wine included, better spirits and specialty cocktails extra, with prices posted at the bar.

Regulars only pick this club when their flight is close: think 20–30 minutes before boarding at F4 or F12, just enough time for Wi‑Fi, a coffee, and a restroom stop. If your connection gives you 60 minutes or more and you’re in the United system, most FlyerTalk folks say walk to the newer United Clubs in Terminal 1 instead; airside walk T2-to-T1 can be around 10–15 minutes.

Watch out for: during weekday mornings and the early evening push, it can feel full by 80–90% with very few solo seats left. Noise carries, and finding two adjacent chairs near an outlet can be a chore. If that’s a dealbreaker, check capacity in the United app and budget the 15-minute trek to a T1 lounge.

One practical play: if you land into T2 on a regional and have under 45 minutes before your next departure from an F gate, skip the T1 hike and duck into this club for a quick drink and restroom stop, then head to the gate by T‑20.
