Gate-side Hudson News option in T2

Right in Terminal T2, Hudson News is the grab-and-go stop for last-minute magazines, drinks, and snacks before your ONT flight. It sits past security, so you can pick something up after clearing TSA without backtracking to the ticketing area.

Expect standard airport pricing: bottled water runs around $4–$5, candy and chips $3–$6, and basic neck pillows usually sit in the $20–$25 range. It’s not a budget stop, but it’s cheaper and quicker than buying snacks on many airlines that charge $7–$12 for a snack box.

Stock leans heavy on mainstream brands and big-name magazines, so think Coke, Pepsi, Red Bull, Doritos, M&M’s, and current bestsellers rather than niche local products. You’ll also find phone chargers, basic headphones, and travel-size toiletries in case something got left in the car or pulled at security in T2.

Hours typically track the T2 flight bank, with doors open early for morning departures and staying open into the late evening when the last flights push. If you’re on one of the earliest departures out of Ontario, expect them to be operating by the time TSA lanes are moving.

Tip: if you need a charger or reading material, buy it here in T2 rather than waiting for the in-flight catalog; you’ll see the price and avoid any surprise credit card add-ons at 35,000 feet.
