Valet Parking

Valet

$40/day buys you the laziest drop-off at ONT

For Ontario International, Valet Parking is the closest you get to curb, sitting right at Terminal 2 and Terminal 4 with a walk of about 1 minute into the building. You pull up, hand off the keys, and skip the shuttle cycle that runs every 5–20 minutes from the other lots. If you care more about time than price, this is the top-shelf option on the airport side of Airport Drive.

Rates run a flat $40 per day, so a 2‑day trip lands around $80 before tip, which is a shock if you’re used to Lots 2–5 pricing. Yelp reviews call out the bill jump compared with economy or Lot 5/6, especially once you cross past a weekend. For a quick overnight to SFO or a 36‑hour work trip, the math is a lot easier to swallow than for a 7‑day vacation.

Valet operates directly at T2 and T4, so you step out of the car practically at the terminal doors and walk straight into security. No hunting for a space in a multilevel garage, no circling, no scanning aisle numbers. ONT’s own parking page highlights shuttles across the other lots; valet is the way around all of that. If your flight leaves early out of T2 or T4, this trims one more variable from the morning.

Regular ONT flyers on Yelp say they keep valet for 1–2‑day trips, then switch to Lot 5 or 6 once they hit 3 days to avoid the $40-per-day burn. Watch out for creeping trip length: a “quick” Friday–Monday at valet suddenly runs around $160, compared with a much smaller bill in economy. One practical tip: price out your full stay before you pull up to the stand, then decide if saving the shuttle ride is really worth that final total.
