Lot 2 Premium sits directly across from Terminal 2 at Ontario International Airport, with about a 1-minute walk to the check-in counters. This is the closest self-park, non-valet option to T2, aimed at flyers who value the shortest possible walk and want to skip shuttles completely. It’s signed as a “Premium” section next to the regular Lot 2 general parking, but you’ll see it priced higher at the entrance.

That price gap is literally about distance: you’re paying to park right across from the terminal doors instead of a few rows back. Officially it’s treated as a short-stay lot, best paired with flights out of T2 rather than T4 or the international terminal (IT). If you’re flying from T4, you’re better off in parking closer to that side of the airport, since walking from Lot 2 Premium to T4 adds extra minutes that defeat the point of paying up. Entry and exit use the same ticketing and payment setup as the regular ONT lots, so no special membership or reservation is required.

What regulars do: frequent ONT users mention they only pay for Lot 2 Premium when landing on late-night flights into T2 so they can reach their car and exit in under 5 minutes. During daytime or longer trips, they switch back to the adjacent general Lot 2 to save roughly $5–$10 per day, accepting an extra 2–3 minutes of walking.

Watch out for: some reviewers note that on lighter days, premium spaces can end up only a handful of stalls closer than general, making the price bump feel steep.
