Just past security in Terminal 1, The Old Plantation Store runs split hours: 11:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m., then again 6:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m. It’s quick-service only, so think grab-and-go more than a sit-down meal. This works for mid-day and late-night flights, but it’s closed in the mid-afternoon lull and overnight, so check your watch before you head over.
Expect standard airport pricing, with snacks and small bites landing in the roughly $4–$12 range and drinks climbing a bit higher than on-island groceries. The draw here is proximity to the Terminal 1 gates rather than anything destination-worthy. If you just want something in hand before boarding to HNL or the mainland, it covers the basics well enough.
Food skews simple: packaged snacks, quick-service bites, and cold drinks that you can carry to the gate in under 5 minutes. With the short 3.5-hour total service window in the middle of the day, don’t bank on a late lunch here after 2:30 p.m. The evening 6:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m. stretch lines up with the heavier departure bank, so expect a small queue between about 7:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m.
Tip: If your OGG departure out of Terminal 1 leaves before 11:00 a.m. or between 2:30 p.m. and 6:00 p.m., grab food landside or from another terminal first, since The Old Plantation Store’s shutters stay firmly down during those hours.
