Gate-side electronics near T2 security

This Laox in Narita Terminal T2 sits airside, handy if you realize at 08:15 that you forgot a charger after clearing security. It runs daily from 08:00 to 21:30, so even late ANA and JAL departures out of T2 are covered for last‑minute tech fixes.

Laox is a straight electronics shop: headphones, travel adapters, cables, small cameras, and some gaming gadgets, all at typical airport pricing. Expect to pay a bit more than Yodobashi in town, but you gain the T2 location and the ability to test items before a same‑day flight. Selection leans toward Japanese brands plus a few global names, with plenty of USB‑C gear that actually works with newer phones and laptops.

Tax‑free rules apply for eligible purchases, and staff usually handle the paperwork quickly so you’re not stuck in T2 for 30 extra minutes. Prices are clearly labeled in yen, and most counters take major cards and Suica/PASMO alongside cash. If you just need a simple USB cable or plug adapter, you can be in and out in under 10 minutes.

Use Laox as your backup if your downtown electronics run at Akihabara or Shibuya Bic Camera didn’t happen. Quick tip: photograph your device ports at your hotel, then match them at Laox so you don’t realize at gate 70 that you grabbed the wrong connector.
