Newly listed name, same T1 business lounge footprint

The Coral Finest Business Class Lounge Uguisu in T1 shows up in booking tools, but regular NGO flyers barely mention it by name, which hints at a rebrand or shared space rather than a totally new build. It operates as an independent lounge, so access usually comes via lounge passes, card programs, or paid entry rather than a single airline’s status list.

Hours run from 07:00–21:30 on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday, and 07:00–21:00 on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday, which covers the bulk of international departures out of T1. If you have a 6:30 flight, this won’t help your first wave departure, but it works fine for mid-morning ANA, JAL, or foreign carrier flights out of the main international pier.

The lounge sits airside in Terminal 1, so you clear security and immigration first and then head toward the contract-lounge cluster used by multiple airlines. Being independent, it often partners with banks or lounge networks; check if your Priority Pass, DragonPass, or credit card app shows “Coral” or a generic “Finest Business Class Lounge” entry at NGO T1 before you pay cash at the door.

Since there is no detailed crowd-sourced menu yet, assume a standard contract-lounge mix: small hot items, packaged snacks, soft drinks, beer, basic spirits, and a coffee machine rather than a staffed bar. In Japan that usually means at least one rice dish or noodles plus pre-made sandwiches; if you want a proper sit-down meal, plan to eat in the T1 landside restaurant zone on level 4 before security and use the lounge mainly for drinks, Wi‑Fi, and power outlets.

Without FlyerTalk or Reddit reports, seating quality, views, and shower situation are still question marks. NGO’s other paid lounges rarely excel at privacy, so expect shared tables and two-prong Japanese outlets (100V) more than individual cubicles or phone booths. If you need to plug in a large laptop charger, bring a Type A/B adapter and a short extension; most T1 lounges that opened before 2020 have fewer sockets than today’s device load demands.

One practical tip: because hours differ by up to 30 minutes depending on the day, check the day-of-week schedule before buying single-entry access, especially for late departures after 20:30.
