Parking P9

Remote

Pre-booking is mandatory at P9, the remote Nice airport lot

P9 is the official remote car park at Nice-Côte d’Azur Airport and only accepts reservation-only entries, so you can’t just drive up and take a ticket. It’s aimed at long-stay planners who are happy to lock in online in exchange for lower prices than the closer terminal car parks P1–P8.

The lot sits off-airport, with a stated walk of around 14 minutes to the terminals, but most people use the shuttle instead. P9 is signposted as a remote option for both Terminal 1 and Terminal 2, so you don’t have to guess the right side of the field when you book.

A shuttle bus links P9 to the terminals in about 7 minutes of driving time, with an advertised frequency of roughly every 15 minutes during operating hours. Build that into your schedule: if boarding is at 10:00, aim to park no later than 08:45 to cover shuttle waits, the ride, and security.

Because P9 must be booked in advance, regulars treat it as their long-stay “set-and-forget” choice rather than a backup if P2 or P5 are full. If plans are fluid or you might cancel the trip, check change and refund rules on the booking page before you commit to specific dates.

Practical tip: screenshot your P9 booking QR code and note your terminal (1 or 2) before you leave home; mobile coverage can be spotty in some concrete sections of the car parks and at the shuttle stop.
