Daily rates at Parking P8 sit at about €12, making it one of Nice Airport’s budget options if you’re flying out of Terminal 1 or 2. It’s a remote car park, so factor in transfer time both on departure and return. This is open-air parking, better suited to longer trips than a quick overnight before an early flight.

On foot, P8 runs about an 8-minute walk to Terminal 1, which works if you’re light on luggage and the weather cooperates. The route is straightforward but not something you want to test with kids, ski bags, or a tight schedule. For Terminal 2, walking doesn’t really make sense; use the shuttle instead and build in extra time.

The official shuttle links P8 to the terminals in roughly 15 minutes, and it’s worth treating that 15-minute figure as a minimum during busy bank times. That’s on top of your standard 2-hour check-in window for most European flights. If you’re catching an early-morning departure, plan to park at least 2.5–3 hours before your scheduled take-off.

P8 sits a few minutes’ drive from Terminal 1’s forecourt, so exiting back to the A8 motorway is fairly quick once you’ve paid. Payment machines at the car park handle cards, and the barrier reads your ticket on the way out. Keep the ticket in your wallet, not the car, so you’re not backtracking with luggage.

Practical tip: if your return lands at Terminal 2, wait directly at the posted P8 shuttle stop and budget that 15-minute shuttle ride before starting your drive home.
