P1 Long Term sits right by Terminal 1 at MXP

About a 3–5 minute walk from Terminal 1 departures, P1 Long Term is the main long-stay car park at Milan Malpensa for T1 flyers. It targets trips of several days or more, not quick drop-offs. You park once, walk straight into the T1 building, and skip shuttle timing altogether.

This is an official airport long-stay lot, tied directly to Milan Malpensa’s T1 operation. Being next to T1 means it fits best if you fly airlines using Terminal 1, like ITA Airways and many long-haul carriers. If you fly from T2, factor in the free airport shuttle time between terminals after you leave your car here.

P1 Long Term is open 24/7 and set up for multi-day pricing, generally cheaper per day than the short-stay garages in front of T1. You book for the length of your trip and keep your keys, so you return to the exact space you left your car in. Prebooking online often locks in better daily rates than paying on exit.

Payment is standard: automatic pay machines take cards and cash, and barrier systems read your ticket or plate on the way out. Height limits apply because this is structured parking, so check if your vehicle is taller than a typical SUV before driving in. Electric vehicles should confirm in advance if the current P1 section includes active charging bays.

One practical tip: if you land late at night into T1, screenshot your P1 section and floor when you park. After a 23:30 arrival, that photo and the color-coded level markers in P1 save you a long walk with bags through the wrong rows.
