You can get a glass of Languedoc wine for roughly €4–€5 or a draft beer in the same range. Portions run European-medium, not US-huge, so a starter like a cheese plate or charcuterie around €8–€10 makes sense if you’re hungry and have at least 45 minutes before boarding.

Service time usually lands around 20–30 minutes from order to plate when the terminal is calm, which fits fine before Schengen flights from gates in T1. With a 4.3 rating on Google, reviews skew positive on food quality and staff friendliness, especially compared with the basic snack bars elsewhere in MPL. English is spoken, but menus are primarily in French; pointing at items works, and servers are used to quick turnaround for passengers.

Les Cabanes handles everything from morning coffee to evening wine, with espresso and pastries starting around €2–€3 and simple breakfast plates before the first departures around 06:00. There is also a kids’ option (check the menu board; prices hover around €9–€11), which can be useful if you’re waiting on family flying Ryanair or Transavia out of T1 or T2.
