Moe’s Southwest Grill

B

Gate-side burritos in Terminal B

Moe’s Southwest Grill sits in Terminal B at Memphis (MEM), past security, so this is a safe bet once you’re through the checkpoint. It’s a standard Moe’s setup: order at the counter, watch them build your burrito or bowl, grab chips and salsa, and head back toward the B gates. Expect typical fast-casual pricing for an airport, roughly in the $10–$15 range for a main plus a drink.

Menu basics line up with what you see at other Moe’s locations: burritos, bowls, tacos, quesadillas, and nachos, all with the usual proteins like chicken, steak, ground beef, and tofu. Portions tend to be generous enough to count as a full meal, not a snack. If you want something quick, tacos or a burrito bowl are easier to eat at the gate than a stuffed burrito that comes apart in your hands.

Figure 10–20 minutes from joining the line to walking away with food at typical mid-day traffic in Terminal B. Morning flights get less of a rush, but by early afternoon the queue can back up toward nearby seating. Drink options lean heavily on fountain sodas and bottled beverages; don’t count on craft anything here, just standard soft drinks and water.

If you’re watching costs, skip extra queso and guac since those add several dollars fast to a $10–$11 burrito. Chips and salsa usually come included, which helps if you’re trying to stretch one meal for two people. There’s limited counter seating by the unit, but most people just carry trays to the general B concourse chairs near the gates.

Tip: if your flight departs from the far B20s, grab your Moe’s order first; the walk to those end gates can eat 7–10 minutes each way once boarding starts.
