Hotel Courtesy Shuttles at Orlando International Airport (MCO) run from Terminals A, B, and C to airport-area hotels without an extra fare added to your bill. Most properties within a 3–5 mile radius send their own vans, with pick-ups often clustered around :15 and :45 past the hour. If your hotel is on McCoy Road or TG Lee Boulevard, odds are good it has a shuttle posted on the arrivals level information boards.
In Terminals A and B, hotel shuttles usually pick up on Level 1 (Ground Transportation) near the commercial lanes, while Terminal C guests follow signs to the Ground Transportation level and look for the hotel shuttle zones numbered in the 20s or 30s. Many hotels ask you to call from baggage claim once you reach your carousel, and typical wait times run 15–30 minutes depending on traffic on SR-528 and the airport loop roads.
Most airport-area hotels run their shuttles from about 5:00 a.m. until 11:00 p.m., with a few along Semoran Boulevard advertising 24-hour service in their booking details. Morning departures toward MCO often leave on a 30-minute pattern, like 5:00, 5:30, 6:00, and 6:30 a.m., so you’ll want your lobby arrival at least one departure earlier than your comfort zone for an 8:00 a.m. flight. Some properties cap shuttle capacity at 10–12 passengers, so large families should plan for the earlier run.
At check-in, front desks frequently ask for your return shuttle time and may hand you a paper slip with a 6:30, 7:00, or 7:30 a.m. slot to show the driver. If you land at MCO after 11:00 p.m., many hotels along T.G. Lee Boulevard and McCoy Road stop sending vans and instead refer guests to taxis or app-based rides around the $20–$30 range each way. Always confirm shuttle hours on the hotel’s own site or by phone before locking in a nonrefundable room.
Practical tip: At baggage claim, call your hotel, confirm which terminal (A, B, or C) and which numbered pickup zone they use, then head straight there instead of waiting by the wrong curb and missing the next 20-minute shuttle cycle.
