Parisi Market

Near Gate T in the new terminal

Parisi Market sits airside in Terminal T at Kansas City International, positioned for a quick grab-and-go stop on your walk to the gates. It runs through the main daytime bank of departures, typically opening early morning for the first flights and staying open into the evening rush. Think coffee bar plus market: espresso drinks, bottled drinks, packaged snacks, and some light meals you can carry on board.

Drip coffee and basic espresso drinks usually price in the $4–$7 range, which is standard for MCI’s new terminal. You’ll see bottled water and soft drinks around the $3–$5 mark, with chips, candy, and snack packs climbing from about $2 up to $8. Cold sandwiches and salads often land in the $9–$14 band, similar to other Terminal T options, so check the case and grab something before you head toward the farther-numbered gates.

Food is mostly pre-made, so it’s a solid option if you’ve got 10–15 minutes before boarding and don’t want a full sit-down meal. Coffee quality tracks with a decent city café, not gas-station swill, and they usually turn drinks around in a few minutes outside of the 6–8 a.m. crowd. If your flight leaves before 6 a.m. or lands after 9 p.m., assume limited hot options and plan for packaged snacks instead.

Tip: Order your coffee first, then scan the fridge for a sandwich or salad while they pull the shot; that keeps your stop here under five minutes, even when Terminal T is busy.
