Arrowhead Grab n Go

Main Terminal post-security, Arrowhead Grab n Go covers the basics fast.

This small shop sits just past the single TSA checkpoint in the Main Terminal at LSE, across from the main gate seating area. It leans heavily on packaged snacks, bottled drinks, and a few refrigerated sandwiches you can carry onto the CRJ-200s and other regional jets that dominate the schedule here.

Hours roughly track the first and last daily departures, so think early-morning opening before the 5–7 a.m. bank and closing not long after the final evening flight. If you have a 30-minute turn between flights, you can still grab a bottled water, chips, or a candy bar without risking boarding; the entire secure area is essentially one short hallway.

Pricing runs higher than downtown La Crosse, but in line with a small regional airport: expect around $3–4 for bottled drinks and $6–9 for sandwiches or boxed snacks. Coffee is basic drip rather than espresso-bar level, which works for a quick caffeine hit before boarding but not for coffee nerds chasing single-origin shots.

You will not find hot meals, sit-down seating, or made-to-order anything here, so plan ahead if you want an actual lunch. There is enough packaged food to keep you fed on the 1–2 hour hops to hubs like MSP or ORD, but not much variety beyond the usual chips, candy, and granola bars.

Tip: grab what you need here right after security; once you walk to the gate area at LSE, there is nowhere else to buy snacks or drinks inside the secure side.
