Economy Lot

Surface

$9 a day is as cheap as it gets on-airport at LIT

The Economy Lot at Bill & Hillary Clinton National Airport runs $9 per 24 hours, making it the lowest priced official on-airport option for multi-day trips. It’s a basic surface lot, so you trade the covered garage and short walk for a smaller bill, especially on week-long travel.

A dedicated shuttle links the Economy Lot to Terminal T in about 5 minutes, instead of walking in from the Terminal Garage or West Hourly lots, which don’t list shuttle service. Factor in a few extra minutes for waiting, but the ride itself is short and stays on airport property the entire time.

Pricing is flat at the daily $9 maximum, so once you pass the 24-hour mark, this lot usually beats nearby off-airport garage rates for 3–7 day trips. If you’re comparing costs, four nights here runs about $36 before any taxes or fees, which undercuts paying $12+ per day in closer parking.

The Economy Lot is a standard outdoor surface lot with marked rows and shuttle pickup points, not a covered structure, so in Arkansas summers your car sits in full sun for the duration. In bad weather, the shuttle drops you curbside at T, so the only time you’re out in the open is walking from your car to the stop.

Tip: Build an extra 15 minutes into your airport arrival to cover parking, shuttle wait, and the 5-minute ride from the Economy Lot to Terminal T, especially on early Monday mornings and holidays.
