Near most T1 gates, Duty Free Store is the default last-minute stop at Lisbon Airport.
This shop sits airside in Terminal T1, past security, so you can swing through after passport control without backtracking. It’s the main walk-through duty free on the way to Schengen and non‑Schengen gates, which means it gets busy in the morning bank of departures. Layout is standard: liquor and perfume up front, snacks and souvenirs further in.
Alcohol pricing lines up with other EU airports: expect mainstream spirits around €14–€20 for 1L bottles, with port wine and local gin taking more shelf space than you’ll see at many hubs. You’ll also find big-brand cosmetics and fragrances at typical duty free discounts versus Lisbon city center boutiques, though not always cheaper than online.
Food-wise, shelves carry Portugese chocolates, tins of sardines, and small bags of codfish snacks starting around €3–€5, plus bulk bags of global candy brands handy for kids on a 3‑hour flight. Packaging skews giftable, so it works if you forgot a present in town. Just don’t expect fresh pasteis de nata here; those sit in the cafes nearby in T1.
Lines at checkout spike 30–45 minutes before big TAP Air Portugal and easyJet departures out of T1, especially on Fridays. If you only need one or two items, grab them quickly and head to the smaller satellite duty free points closer to some gates in T1, which often move faster.
