At LaGuardia, Delta elites talk about the whole Terminal C complex as their home base, and the Delta Sky Club there just slots into that hub mindset instead of the Terminal B lounge arms race with Centurion and Chase.

The confirmed access rule is simple: you need Delta or SkyTeam access and you need to be flying out of Terminal D’s gates or the newer Terminal C side of the operation, since this Sky Club is tied to Delta’s own concourses rather than the Terminal B common-use side.

Layout keeps changing as Delta finishes the combined C/D project at LGA, so if you’re walking from the older D pier into the main Terminal C marketplace, expect a few extra minutes to reach the Sky Club entrance compared with the short escalator ride you’d have into, say, the Centurion in Terminal B.

Hours aren’t consistently published, but at hub outstations like LaGuardia the pattern is roughly “first Delta departure to last Delta bank,” so assume an opening around the first 5–6 a.m. flights and expect the staff to start winding the bar and buffet down before the final 10–11 p.m. departures clear.

Day-pass rules are in flux across the Sky Club system, and this LaGuardia location follows the network policy, so if Delta is tightening same-day access or changing Amex entry timing, the exact same rule hits here; don’t bank on buying a walk-up pass like it’s 2019.

Since this Sky Club sits inside Delta’s own terminal footprint instead of the Terminal B shared building, you can’t hop over from an American or JetBlue flight in B or from Frontier in A without exiting, changing terminals, and re-clearing TSA, which easily runs 30–45 minutes in peak morning banks.

The practical play: if your boarding pass shows a Delta or SkyTeam flight from C or D and you already have Sky Club access via status, card, or class of service, just treat this lounge as part of the Terminal C ecosystem and skip any thoughts of trekking to Terminal B for Centurion unless you’ve got a two-hour layover to burn.
