Gate-adjacent in T-B, this is Puck’s sit-down option
The Restaurant by Wolfgang Puck sits airside in Tom Bradley International Terminal (Terminal B), just past the central Great Hall area. It runs from early morning through late evening on most days, syncing with long-haul bank times, so you can usually get a real meal before an 11 p.m. departure. Seating is standard tables plus a bar, and you’re looking at a proper restaurant stop, not a grab-and-go kiosk.
Menu pricing lands in classic “celebrity chef in an international terminal” territory: salads often hit the high teens in dollars, pizzas and pastas push into the low-to-mid $20s, and mains can climb toward $30. You’ll see the expected American-Italian mix, plus a few lighter dishes for pre-flight eating. Portions lean reasonable rather than huge, which helps if you’re about to board a 12-hour flight to Asia or Europe.
Bar program is decent for an airport. Expect a handful of cocktails in the $16–$20 range, a couple of California wines by the glass, and standard big-brand beers. Turn times can stretch to 45–60 minutes for a full meal if the bank of A380 and 777 departures hits at once, so build that into your schedule if your boarding pass says Group 1 at 21:30.
Service reports are mixed-but-fine and skew better at off-peak times, like mid-afternoon between the 13:00 and 16:00 departure waves. Morning service focuses more on coffee, eggs, and pastries; prices for breakfast plates usually sit in the low-to-mid teens. If you just need caffeine before a 07:00 long-haul, plan on a 5–10 minute wait for a latte when multiple widebody flights are boarding.
Tip: If your gate is in the far west wing of Terminal B (the 150s bus gates), start walking toward that side before you sit down here; it’s a solid 8–10 minute walk from the restaurant to some remote gates once you pay the check.
