The Great American Bagel Bakery

1 ★ 1 $$$$

Quick breakfast fix near C16 and the D lobby

The Great American Bagel Bakery plugs the grab-and-go gap in Terminal 1, with one outlet by gate C16 and another in the central D lobby. It’s the in-between option when you don’t have time for a full diner but want more than just a drip coffee from the big chains.

Figure on basic airport pricing in the $5–$10 range for bagels, cream cheese, and simple breakfast sandwiches; it sits firmly in the “$” tier for LAS. Menus lean standard: egg-and-cheese on a plain or everything bagel, turkey or ham for later in the day, and bottled drinks in the cooler.

The C16 location works well if your flight leaves from the C-gates and you just need a bagel and coffee before boarding. The D lobby counter serves as a central stop for D-gates passengers walking between the tram drop and their gates, so you can grab something while you’re still orienting yourself.

Hours aren’t clearly posted, but most Terminal 1 spots around C and D tend to open in the early morning bank (think 5:00–6:00 a.m.) and taper off by late evening once the last departures clear. If you’re on a red-eye out of C or D, don’t count on it being open for a midnight snack.

With a low 1-star aggregate rating, expectations should stay in “it’ll do” territory. Bagels can lean dense and pre-baked, and lines form fast in the morning rush around 7:00–9:00 a.m., especially in the D lobby where multiple banks of gates feed into the same area.

Tip: If you care more about hot coffee than the bagel itself, grab your breakfast sandwich here at C16 or the D lobby, then walk a few minutes to a dedicated coffee chain in Terminal 1 for a better espresso before heading to your gate.
