Economy Parking at Harry Reid runs $12 per day and sits on-airport near both Terminal 1 and Terminal 3, so you keep airport property security without paying garage rates. It’s a remote-style surface lot, but walking access is built in, not an add-on feature.

Figure about a 7-minute walk from Economy into the Terminal 1 building and a similar walk from the east-side Economy field into Terminal 3 check-in. There’s no shuttle loop to wait on for most users, which is why weekend flyers on r/vegas call T1 Economy their “go-to” for quick trips.

All Economy spaces are uncovered, sitting out in the Las Vegas sun next to the long-term garage at T1 and on the exposed east side near T3. In July, locals say the car feels like an oven after a few days; some keep a $10 reflective sunshade in the trunk just for this lot.

The $12 daily max matches the Remote Lot rate, but here you can walk straight to Terminals 1 or 3 instead of waiting for a shuttle bus. For longer trips, that gap adds up fast compared with the garages, which charge several dollars more per day and still require a short indoor walk.

Regulars aim for spots closest to the pedestrian access points and marked walkways, even if it means driving an extra loop, because the rows closest to the terminal-side fence shorten the walk by a few minutes. Late at night, those closer spaces near the terminal paths usually go first.

Watch out for the far edges of the lot, which can push your walk past 10 minutes if you’re parked on the outer rows with heavy bags or kids. In peak summer heat above 100°F, plan two things: a sunshade for the windshield and an extra five minutes so you don’t have to sprint across the asphalt.
