Gate D55 is your landmark for the United Club at LAS

This United Club sits in Terminal 1’s D Gates concourse, serving United departures out of LAS. It’s airside, so you need to clear security at Terminal 1 before following signs toward the D gates and then the lounge. Figure a 5–10 minute walk from most United gates in the mid‑D range, slightly longer from the early D30s.

The United Club generally tracks United’s schedule in Las Vegas, opening early morning for the first bank of flights and closing in the evening after the last mainline departures. Hours flex around 5:00 a.m. to roughly 10:00 p.m., though late-night schedule changes can pull that earlier, so check day-of in the United app. If you roll up after the last United flight, expect the doors to be shut.

Access follows standard United rules: United Club membership, eligible Star Alliance international business tickets, and one-time passes bought in-app or earned through the United Explorer and Infinite cards. Day passes usually price near $59 per person, billed directly through United, not at the front desk. Terminal 3 passengers can’t realistically use this lounge, since T1 and T3 are separated past security at LAS.

Food sits at typical domestic United Club level: think a rotating mix of soup, simple salads, snack mixes, and a couple of hot bites at peak times. Everything is self-serve, and options tend to thin out late evening after 8:00 p.m. The bar includes standard house beer and wine comped, with better spirits and premium labels available for an upcharge in the $7–$15 range.

Seating runs through one main room with a mix of tables, bar stools, and armchairs. Power outlets line many of the wall seats and a few of the shared tables, but you’ll still see people hunting for plugs when the afternoon bank of United departures hits around 2:00–5:00 p.m. Restrooms are inside the lounge, so you don’t have to exit back into the terminal during a short layover.

Expect the place to feel busy during morning departures from about 6:00–9:00 a.m. and again before late afternoon flights around 4:00–7:00 p.m. If your layover is under 45 minutes gate-to-gate, skip the lounge and stay near your aircraft; the D concourse at LAS can involve longer-than-expected walks. Best move: top up your devices at a wall seat near the bar area, grab one plate of snacks, then head to your D gate 20 minutes before boarding time.
