If your flight leaves from the B gates, budget at least 10–15 minutes to walk back from the A side so you’re not sprinting when boarding starts.

Hours track the Delta bank in T4 and typically cover early morning to late evening, roughly 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., but check the day-of in the Fly Delta app. Importantly, this club has no showers, which is rare for a big international terminal at JFK and the main reason long-haul regulars look elsewhere. Power outlets show up at most seating clusters, yet you’ll still see people hunting for that one open plug near the window when the evening Europe push hits.

Food skews standard Sky Club: hot items at meal times, snack spreads all day, and the usual soup-salad-pasta rotation. Think scrambled eggs and potatoes in the morning, then things like pasta or chicken later on; nothing you’d schedule your airport time around, but fine for a proper snack before a 3–4 hour domestic run. The bar keeps the typical Delta split: a set of complimentary beers and house spirits, with better liquor and wine upcharge; figure $8–$14 for the nicer pours.

Regulars who actually need a shower after an overnight into JFK skip this lounge and head to another facility in Terminal 4 that has proper suites. This spot works better as a quiet-ish staging area near your A-side departure gate. Wi‑Fi rides on the standard Delta network and handles Teams calls fine, and there are usually a few two-top tables free near the interior wall even during the early evening bank around 6:00 p.m.

Watch out for the shower issue: people only realize there are none after asking at the front desk. Also watch the clock if you’re departing from the B concourse, since the walk from A8 to B31 can chew up 10 minutes plus an extra 5 in crowds at peak times. One practical move: grab food and a drink here 60–75 minutes before departure, then leave early and camp at the gate so you’re boarding group doesn’t get called while you’re still on the A side.
