Relay

Across from Main Terminal gates, Relay is your last-minute grab

This Relay sits past security in the Main terminal concourse, right in the central stretch of IND near several B-gates. Think standard airport newsstand: snacks, drinks, magazines, paperbacks, plus a wall of chargers and earbuds. Prices run typical airport-high; a bottled soda lands around $4 and basic cables usually hover in the $15–$25 range.

Hours generally track the flight bank, roughly 5:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., with earlier openings on heavy morning departure days at Indianapolis International Airport. You can top up on bottled water, gum, and over-the-counter meds before a long haul, or grab a Sudoku book and a pen under $10 if you’re flying without screens. Lottery tickets and newspapers rotate with local Indiana titles on the rack.

Tech accessories line about two full sections of shelving, including power banks, USB-C and Lightning cables, simple headphones, and a few mid-range brand-name items. Expect to pay more than Target; think $35–$60 for a power bank and $20–$40 for branded earbuds. If you just need a basic charging brick for a delayed flight at IND, this saves a trek back to pre-security.

Lines spike right after TSA opens and again 30–45 minutes before banked departures, especially around big events in downtown Indianapolis. If you care about magazine choice or want specific snacks, hit Relay as soon as you clear security, then head to your gate with everything handled.
