Hoosier Marketplace

Gate-side Indiana merch before security in the Main Terminal

Hoosier Marketplace sits in the pre-security Civic Plaza of Indianapolis International’s Main Terminal, right in the middle of the big open hall before the TSA checkpoints. It runs typical airport retail hours, roughly early morning through the last bank of departures, so you can grab gear even if you’re meeting or dropping someone off. Because it’s landside, you don’t need a boarding pass to shop here.

This shop leans hard into Indiana and Indy sports branding, with shelves of Colts and Pacers apparel, IU and Purdue gear, and “Hoosier” logo souvenirs you don’t see much past security. Expect airport pricing: T‑shirts often hit the $25–$35 range and hoodies climb into the $50s. There’s also the usual mix of mugs, magnets, shot glasses, and keychains if you just need a small under‑$15 gift.

You’ll also find basic travel needs mixed in, including neck pillows, simple electronics like charging cables, and a few snack options near the registers, so you can fix a forgotten item before the TSA line. If you want more serious food, you’re still better off walking 2–3 minutes toward the food spots around the same Civic Plaza before heading to Concourse A or B.

Tip: If you’re connecting and already airside, don’t come back landside for this; wait until baggage claim or your next stop. But if you’re an Indy local picking someone up, budget 10 extra minutes before arrival and grab your Colts or college swag here so you’re not scrambling near the gates later.
