8 EV-only spaces sit right by Terminal 1 at ICN
EV Charging Parking Area T1 is a small electric-vehicle section in the main Terminal 1 parking complex at Incheon International Airport. It sits in the T1 car park, so you’re a short walk from the T1 departures level rather than needing a shuttle over to T2.
This EV area uses dedicated charging bays, so only electric cars should park here. Exact charger count and kW output aren’t published, but signage in the T1 car park clearly labels the EV zone, and you access it via the same ramps used for the standard T1 parking decks.
Standard ICN T1 public parking rates apply here, calculated per 10 minutes with a daily cap in Korean won; there’s no separate EV surcharge listed for this area. You pay at the same automated machines in the T1 car park or at the exit booths, and the system reads your license plate on entry and exit.
The EV Charging Parking Area T1 sits post-tollgate but obviously pre-security, so you still need to budget time to walk to the T1 check-in counters and clear screening. Walking time from the EV rows to the main T1 doors is roughly 3–7 minutes depending on level and row.
Tip: Pull into the T1 car park at least 30 minutes earlier than you normally would; if the limited EV bays are full, you’ll need a few extra loops to decide between waiting, switching to regular T1 parking, or heading over to other ICN lots.
