Bus

4–5 € gets you straight from Ibiza Airport to Santa Eulària

Bus L24 Ibiza Aeropuerto–Santa Eulària–Cala Nova runs seasonally from T1 and skips the usual change in Ibiza Town. In the main summer months it heads direct to Santa Eulària and on to Cala Nova, aimed at workers and budget travellers landing in daytime who just want a cheap, one-seat ride.

The L24 stop sits outside the T1 arrivals area with the other EMT buses, and you pay the driver in cash for a ticket in the 4–5 € range. Compared with L10, the timetable is thinner, so in shoulder season the first and last departures can miss early-morning and late-night flights, leaving gaps of an hour or more.

This route only runs in summer, so from roughly October to early spring you switch to plan B: take L10 from the airport to Ibiza Town, then connect to the regular Santa Eulària line. TripAdvisor regulars flag this as the default option outside peak season, since L10 runs far more often than L24.

Figure on a ride of around 25–35 minutes from the airport to Santa Eulària, then another 10–15 minutes if you stay on to Cala Nova. The bus is a standard local vehicle with basic seating and limited luggage space, so groups with big suitcases or boards often struggle more than solo travellers with one case and a backpack.

Complaints focus on the wait: miss a departure outside peak hours and you can be stuck at the T1 stop in strong afternoon heat with only minimal shade. Several forum posts describe 40–60 minute gaps, which is fine if you budget the time, painful if you’ve just come off a long flight expecting a quick turnaround.

What regulars do: they check the current L24 timetable online before flying and compare it to their arrival time within a 20–30 minute window. If the fit looks tight, they plan to ride L10 + Santa Eulària bus via Ibiza Town instead of gambling on the direct link.

One tip: if your flight lands after 19:00 in May or late September, assume you’ll miss the last L24 and price out a taxi to Santa Eulària (roughly 30–40 €) as a backup before you land.
