If you need a full meal, head to one of the Terminal E restaurants first and use this spot as a last-minute top-up.
Hours in Terminal E shops usually track the main bank of departures, roughly early morning through late evening, tied to heavy international traffic. That means Texas Monthly News is generally open in time for the 6:00–7:00 a.m. departures and still trading during the 9:00–10:00 p.m. wave, but don’t count on it for true red-eyes. If you have a 30-minute layover between E gates, you can usually duck in and out in under five minutes.
