10-minute walk from most D-gates, Be Relax sits by D1

Be Relax sits right at Gate D1 in Terminal D, airside, so you can duck in after clearing security without leaving the concourse. It’s a small spa kiosk-style setup, not a full enclosed spa, so you stay in airport clothes and keep your carry-on within arm’s reach. Figure a 10–15 minute walk from the middle of Terminal D, less if you’re already near the D1–D3 cluster. Good option if your international flight out of D boards nearby and you’ve got at least 45 minutes to spare.

Pricing runs in the typical airport-spa range: expect quick chair massages and express services starting around the cost of an IAH sit-down meal, then climbing fast as you add minutes. They usually sell 10–30 minute blocks, plus some add-ons like neck or foot focus. No need to change clothes, and they work right in a massage chair or recliner. Strong move if your back is wrecked from a 3+ hour flight into IAH and you’re about to sit another 8 across the Atlantic out of D.

Hours at Be Relax track international bank times in Terminal D, so you’ll usually find it open from late morning through late evening when long-haul banks depart, especially around the D1 gate area. Don’t expect early 5 a.m. openings like some coffee stands, and late-night after the last Europe departure is hit-or-miss. If you’ve got a mid-afternoon transatlantic departure from D1, this is when the chairs are busiest and waits can run 10–20 minutes.

Tip: Check your boarding pass time and set a phone alarm for 25 minutes before boarding if you book anything longer than a 20-minute session at Gate D1; announcements can be hard to hear over the spa equipment and general Terminal D noise.
