Auntie Anne’s at E12 gets almost zero FlyerTalk love

This stand sits just past gate E12 in Terminal E, post‑security, but mileage geeks mostly talk about Pappadeaux and Cat Cora’s down the hall. If you just want something salty and fast before a United long‑haul, this is the pretzel stop in the E concourse.

Hours fluctuate with bank times, but it generally tracks Terminal E international departures, opening for morning waves and running into the late evening push after 20:00. It’s walk‑up counter service only, so you’re usually in and out in 5–10 minutes unless there’s a rush off an A380 or 777 arrival at the nearby gates.

Standard Auntie Anne’s menu shows up here: original salted pretzels, cinnamon sugar, pretzel nuggets, and cheese or ranch dips. Expect airport pricing, roughly $5–$8 for a pretzel or nuggets and a bit more for combos with lemonade. If you’re trying to keep things tidy at the gate, the pretzel nuggets are easier to eat than a full twist that sheds salt everywhere.

There’s no seating dedicated to Auntie Anne’s at E12; you grab and head to the general seating around the nearby United gates. Drinks are basic: lemonades, bottled water, and fountain soda, so skip it if you’re hunting for espresso or craft anything. For something more substantial than bread and sugar, you’re still walking toward Pappadeaux near the middle of Terminal E.

Practical tip: if your connection in Terminal E is under 20 minutes, mobile check the line as you pass; if you see more than 6–7 people in front of you at Auntie Anne’s, keep moving and grab a snack from the closer newsstand cooler by gate E14 instead.
