If you value a short walk to check-in over saving money, this is the on-airport choice to look at.

This garage sits between Terminals D and E and ties into the terminal walkways serving all five terminals A, B, C, D, and E. If your flight moves from D to E, you’re still covered, and you can walk inside the secure complex rather than re-parking. The trade-off is cost: the $25 daily rate is higher than the IAH economy lots on the airport’s edges.

Valet service is noted at Terminals A, B, C, and E, so if you’re flying from E you may see valet stands nearby even when self-park is your main plan. Most regulars only pay the D/E Garage rate when they’re on a heavy bag trip or overnight long-haul where a 5–7 minute walk to the counter matters. For cheaper trips, they switch to economy lots that run several dollars less per day.

Watch out for the pricing gap versus economy and off-site lots, which can be $8–$12 per day cheaper than the $25 D/E Garage rate over a week-long trip.
