You’re paying the premium for being parked on top of A and B instead of driving out to Ecopark, which sits several minutes away by shuttle on JFK Boulevard.

Access is simple off North Terminal Road, shared with the rest of the IAH terminal complex, and the internal walkways connect the A/B Garage across multiple parking levels. If you’re flying United Express out of Terminal B or on a carrier at Terminal A, you can be from your car to security in roughly 5–10 minutes if you’re already checked in.

Regulars say they only choose the terminal garages when the time savings beat the price gap versus Ecopark and off-airport lots that often run $8–$12 per day. For a 2-day work trip at $25 per day, the extra $30–$35 over economy is easier to swallow than adding 20–30 minutes of shuttle time on both ends.
