Skip this one unless your United flight leaves from B.

This United Club in Terminal B sits airside in the United concourse, mainly serving regional and domestic departures. It functions as a basic outstation lounge: standard seating, standard United bar, standard snack setup. If you’re connecting through IAH and already have access to the larger United Clubs in Terminals C or E, use those instead and just walk back to B for boarding.

Hours here typically track United’s Terminal B schedule, opening early for first flights around 5:00–5:30 a.m. and running into the evening bank. Access follows normal United Club rules: same-day United or Star Alliance boarding pass plus membership, one-time pass, eligible credit card, or Star Alliance Gold on an international itinerary. You must be in Terminal B already; there’s no landside access, and TSA at B can back up around the 6:00–8:00 a.m. wave.

Food is the usual United Club self-serve spread: light breakfast items in the morning (think simple pastries and maybe yogurt) and basic snacks later in the day. Don’t come here expecting a full meal; if you want something substantial, hit a restaurant in B or C before you head into the lounge. The bar follows the standard United template with complimentary house beer and wine and paid premium spirits in the $8–$15 range.

Seating skews functional: clustered lounge chairs and small tables, enough power outlets to hunt one down, but not enough to treat it like a full-on office. Wi‑Fi is the regular United Club network and usually fast enough for email and streaming short videos. Compared with the newer clubs in Terminals C North and E, this space feels older and more utilitarian, which matches its role serving many smaller regional flights out of B’s piers.

Practical tip: If you have a connection of 90 minutes or more and access to multiple United Clubs at IAH, use the United Club in Terminal E or C North for better food and space, then plan a 10–15 minute walk back to your gate in Terminal B for boarding.
