Gate-side sandwiches in Terminal 2

Right in Terminal 2, Quiznos Subs gives you a familiar sandwich fix without leaving the main concourse. It’s past security, so you can grab food after clearing TSA rather than juggling it at the curb. This is straight airport fast-casual: toasted subs, chips, and fountain drinks that you can carry to gates used by Hawaiian, United, ANA, and other long-haul carriers.

Expect standard Quiznos pricing, usually around $10–$14 for a regular sub combo with chips and a drink. Portions run bigger than what you’ll get from many grab-and-go coolers in HNL, and you can ask them to split one 12" sandwich into two if you’re sharing. It’s counter-service only, so plan on walking your food back to the gate seating near the Terminal 2 central atrium.

Hours track typical HNL banked departures, with morning opening aimed at the first wave of flights out of Terminal 2 and closing after the late-evening departures to the mainland and Asia. If you land from an interisland hop into Terminal 1 and connect out of Terminal 2, you’ll have to walk over the inter-terminal walkway before you can reach this shop.

There’s no specialty item unique to Honolulu here; it’s the usual Quiznos lineup: Classic Italian, Turkey Ranch & Swiss, and a few chicken subs on white or wheat. If you care about time, order a cold sub without extra toasting; that shaves a few minutes off the prep when there’s a queue of 6–8 people.

Tip: Lines spike 60–90 minutes before widebody departures in Terminal 2, so hit Quiznos right after security instead of waiting until your group is called.
