Most racks lean into Tasmania-ready layers: hoodies around AUD 90–130, logo tees closer to AUD 40–60, and caps in the AUD 30 range. You’ll also find boardshorts and swimwear if you’re heading somewhere warmer than HBA’s usual 12–18°C weather, plus a few small accessories like wallets, belts, and socks at typical mall prices. Sizes skew to adults; kids’ gear is limited, so don’t count on kitting out a whole family here.
The store opens early with the first bank of departures and usually trades through the final evening flights, roughly 06:00 to 20:00, matching the terminal’s security hours. Staff handle quick turnarounds well, so you can duck in, grab a hoodie or hat, tap your card, and still make a 30-minute boarding call. Stock isn’t huge, but it covers most basics for a 7–10 day trip.
Cards are taken across the board, including contactless, and prices ring up in AUD only; there’s no tourist VAT refund counter inside the shop. If you’re on a short layover at HBA, walk past the central café and newsstand first, then loop back here on the way to your gate to avoid carrying bags longer than needed.
