Ten minutes from most T1 check-in desks, Bakery Shop is the quick grab-and-go option when you just need coffee and bread before security. Expect classic German bakery basics: Brötchen, croissants, and pastries in the €2–€4 range, plus simple sandwiches that usually sit around €4–€6. It’s more “get in, pay, run to security in T1 or T2” than sit-down café.

Open from early morning into the evening (roughly 05:00–21:00 depending on traffic), it works for both the 06:00 departures and late Eurowings hops. Coffee prices sit in the €3–€4 bracket for espresso drinks, with standard filter coffee slightly cheaper. Portions lean airport-small, so plan on two items if you’ve got a long leg out of Hamburg.

Food is grab-and-go style, with pre-made sandwiches in the cooler and sweet pastries in the case. Expect typical fillings like cheese, ham, and salami; nothing fancy, but dependable at 07:30 when other places in T1 are still waking up. Card payment is standard, and contactless usually takes less than 30 seconds, which matters if boarding for a 08:00 flight has already started.
