P4 Car Park

Long-term parking

Five-minute walk from terminals makes P4 the budget sweet spot

P4 Car Park sits in the "saver" zone with P5 and P6, but you still walk only about 5 minutes to Terminals A, B and C. It’s signposted as long-term parking and usually undercuts the prices of the closer P1–P3 garages. This is an open-air lot, so you’re parking outside, not in a covered deck.

Long-stay flyers use P4 for trips running 3 to 14 days when the daily rate starts to add up in the premium car parks. You pay at the standard airport machines near the pedestrian exits or at the terminal pay stations before heading back. Keep the paper ticket dry in the car; replacement fees at HAJ run several euros if the barcode won’t read.

From P4, you follow marked footpaths towards the terminal complex, with crossings over the airport ring road clearly signed for A, B and C. Walking time is typically 4–7 minutes depending on your row. There’s lighting throughout the lot and numbered sections, so note your row number or drop a pin; photos of the nearest mast sign save a few minutes on return.

Entry uses standard barrier tickets, with one lane usually open 24/7. Height limits are generous for normal cars, but tall vans should still check the posted clearance figure on the entrance sign before pulling in. Payment machines accept cards and cash in euros, and receipts print automatically if you hit the correct button on the screen.

Tip: Arriving at peak times (Monday morning or Friday afternoon), add 10 extra minutes to find a space closer to the terminal side of P4 instead of circling rows near the entrance.
