Seven-minute shuttle ride puts P10 Holiday Parking in play
P10 Holiday Parking sits off-site as Hannover Airport’s low-cost seasonal lot, with a shuttle that takes about 7 minutes to reach Terminals A, B, and C. It operates only between April and the end of October, so you won’t even see it offered in winter booking flows. This is an open-area surface lot, not a garage, so your car is outside the entire stay.
The big draw is price: P10 usually undercuts the main on-airport garages by a noticeable margin on week-long and longer trips. It’s aimed at holiday traffic, so expect it to line up best with charter and leisure flights rather than short business hops. The shuttle drops at the main terminal area, so you still walk inside to check in for flights from A, B, or C.
The shuttle runs in a loop between P10 and the terminal, and that 7-minute ride is just the driving time. Build in at least 20–25 minutes door-to-door from locking your car to standing at check-in, especially at early-morning peaks. Because it’s seasonal, staff presence can be lighter than in the big multistory car parks directly at HAJ.
Watch the calendar: P10 is only open from April through the end of October, as confirmed in the airport’s own video overview. Outside that window, the lot is closed and barriers are down, so you’re pushed back to other areas like P1–P7. In shoulder weeks near April and late October, double-check your booking confirmation to make sure P10 is explicitly listed.
Tip: For a 10:00 flight from Terminal B, aim to park at P10 no later than 08:00 to cover the shuttle, a short wait, and check-in queues without stress.
