Box of chocolates at Kopenhagen in T2 makes an easy gift

Kopenhagen in Terminal 2 sits on the short list of Brazilian chocolate brands you actually see locals carry onto GOL and LATAM flights out of GRU. Expect boxed chocolates, truffles, and small bars you can grab in under 5 minutes on the walk to your T2 domestic and regional gates. Prices land above supermarket candy but below duty free luxury labels, so a small box rarely shocks at the register.

This branch in T2 usually opens from early morning to late evening, roughly tracking the 06:00–22:00 bank of departures. It’s post-security, so you need a boarding pass in hand before you can reach it. That makes it a decent last stop for gifts if you’ve skipped the landside shops in Terminal 2.

On the shelves you’ll see classic milk chocolate bars, small 90–100 g gift bars, and larger 200 g boxes of assorted “bombons.” If you want something easy to share on a 2–3 hour domestic flight, the smaller boxes travel well and actually fit in a seat-back pocket. Skip anything with very soft fillings if you have a tight 45-minute connection and your bags will sit in overhead bins in the heat.

One practical move: buy your Kopenhagen gifts in T2 before you ride the inter-terminal bus to Terminal 3, since the walk and shuttle can easily eat 20 minutes during peak evening banks.
