C Concourse pizza stop with Garlic Jim's slices

Right in Terminal C at Spokane (GEG), Garlic Jim's runs as the airport’s main pizza counter, so this is the obvious move if you want something hot and filling near the C gates before boarding. It sits airside past security, so you can grab food after clearing the A/B/C shared checkpoint and walk it to your gate in under 5 minutes.

Garlic Jim's builds standard 10–14 inch pies plus by-the-slice options, with toppings like pepperoni, sausage, and veggie mixes that show up on most reviews. Prices land in typical airport range: think fast-casual, usually a couple dollars more than what you’d pay in town, with slices and a drink easily crossing $10. Portion sizes lean large, so one pie can cover two people on most itineraries.

The menu centers on pizza, but you’ll usually see basics like breadsticks and fountain drinks in the cooler and behind the counter. Figure 10–15 minutes for a fresh whole pie if the oven is already rolling at peak times, and closer to 5 minutes if you stick to slices that are already out. That timing matters on short turns out of C, where boarding often starts a full 30 minutes before departure.

Garlic Jim's follows the terminal C flight bank rhythm, so hours tend to track the morning and late-afternoon push; if your GEG departure is after 8 p.m., assume they may already be shutting down, and have a backup from terminals A or B in mind. Seating is limited near the stand, so most people walk their box to nearby C gates or back toward the shared concourse seating near the security exit.

Tip: If you’re tight on time at GEG, order slices at Garlic Jim's in Terminal C instead of a full pizza so you’re not stuck waiting 15 minutes while your flight to Seattle or Denver boards.
