Blackbeard's sits in Terminal T1 at Owen Roberts International Airport, just past security in the small departures area. It’s the airport offshoot of the local Blackbeard’s chain on Grand Cayman, so the menu leans toward familiar bar-and-grill food with some island touches rather than full-on fine dining. You’ll recognize the logo from the locations on Seven Mile Beach and along the waterfront.
Menu boards here usually list burgers, fries, wings, and sandwiches, plus a few seafood plates that echo the off-airport restaurants. Expect airport pricing: mains tend to run higher than similar dishes in town, and drinks come with a noticeable mark-up over local bars on Seven Mile. There’s table service plus a bar counter; grab a bar stool if your departure time is close, so you can flag the check quickly.
The bar pours local beers from Cayman Islands Brewery alongside the usual regional lagers and standard house spirits. A cold draft beer here generally costs more than a bottle from a supermarket in George Town, but still lines up with other Caribbean airports. If you want something simple before boarding, stick to beer, basic mixed drinks, or a house wine and avoid elaborate cocktails that slow the bar down when two or three flights board at once.
The seating area looks directly onto the compact T1 gate zone, so you can keep eyes on boarding signs without leaving your table.
