100 meters from Terminal 3, this is the “drop-and-go” garage
Multilevel Parking B sits right by Terminal 3 at Fiumicino, about a 2–3 minute covered walk to the check-in area. It’s a short-stay car park, so think hours or a couple of days, not a week-long holiday. Elevators take you straight from the parking decks down toward the terminal walkway, which helps if you’re rolling big checked bags.
This is the short-stay option you use when a flight on ITA Airways or another long-haul out of Terminal 3 pulls an early 07:00–09:00 departure. Rates are higher than the long-term lots, but you pay for time, not distance: you’re on foot, inside T3, in under 5 minutes. Good for drop-offs, quick business trips, or picking someone up when you expect delays at passport control.
Multilevel Parking B works for Terminal 1 too, but build in an extra 5–10 minutes to walk or follow signs between T3 and T1. If you’ve got a tight schedule for a Schengen hop from T1, this beats circling the ring road to the more remote, cheaper car parks. You stay on airport property the whole time, with clear blue “B” signs guiding you into the structure.
Payment runs through the official airport system, with ticket machines at ground level and at least one pay station near the pedestrian exit toward Terminal 3. Keep your paper ticket dry; losing it usually triggers the full-day fee. Entry and exit barriers scan the ticket automatically, and most major credit cards work without heading to a staffed booth.
Tip: aim for a mid-level floor (not roof level) to avoid long ramp queues when several wide-body arrivals hit Terminal 3 around the same time.
