Post-security caffeine in T starts and ends at Peet's
Peet's Coffee sits airside in Terminal T at Fresno Yosemite (FAT), and it’s basically your only real coffee option once you clear security. It opens at 4:30 a.m. and runs until 11:00 p.m., so it covers the first bank of departures and most late-night flights. If you care about espresso before boarding, plan to hit this spot after TSA rather than grabbing something landside.
The menu leans on the usual Peet’s lineup: drip coffee, espresso drinks, and cold brew, plus juices and a few grab-and-go items. You’ll see bottled juices in the cooler, along with packaged pastries or small snacks that travel easily. Prices track standard airport coffee levels, so figure on a latte in the $5–$7 range and bottled drinks running a couple of dollars higher than in town.
Food here is limited, so don’t count on a full meal before a long flight. Expect pastries, maybe a muffin or croissant, and some packaged options you can carry to the gate. If you want something more substantial than a pastry and a bottled juice, eat in Fresno before heading to FAT, then use Peet’s mainly as a caffeine stop.
Watch timing during the early morning push from 5:00–7:00 a.m., when multiple departures leave close together and the line can stretch toward the main concourse. Staff usually moves quickly, but custom espresso drinks still slow things down compared with drip coffee. If your boarding time is inside 20 minutes, skip the complicated order and grab a regular coffee or juice from the cooler.
Tip: clear security first, then head directly to Peet’s, order to go, and carry everything to your gate so you’re not backtracking if the line runs long.
