Toy Planet

T2 kids’ shop with last‑minute toys and games

About halfway along T2’s main departures corridor, Toy Planet sits in the duty-paid retail strip before the far gates. It’s small but visible: bright shelves, lots of color, and mostly kids’ merchandise. You’re looking at a 3–5 minute walk from central security to reach it, depending on your gate.

Toy Planet focuses on children’s gifts: stuffed animals, plastic cars, dolls, simple board games, puzzles, and some character-branded items from global cartoons. Prices trend higher than Yerevan city shops; think €10–15 for a small toy and €20+ for bigger boxed sets. It’s still fine for a last gift if you skipped town shopping.

The shop keeps to main terminal hours, generally open from first morning departures through the last evening flights in T2. That makes it useful for early 05:00–07:00 departures when city stores are closed. Stock is fairly generic, but you can usually find something to keep a 3–10 year old busy on a 3–4 hour flight.

Selection leans on plastic and battery toys more than books or quiet games, so think about your seatmates on a full A321. If you want low-noise options, look for card games, small puzzle sets, or soft toys under the €15 mark near the front racks. Packaging is mostly in English or Russian, so checking age ranges is straightforward.

Tip: Stop here after passport control but before heading to your T2 gate; lines at nearby coffee spots can add 10+ minutes, and this is easier to browse while someone else queues for drinks.
