Souvenirs of Armenia

Gate-side Armenian gifts in T2

Right in Zvartnots T2’s departures zone, Souvenirs of Armenia is the main stop for last-minute gifts before you board. It sits airside after security, so you can shop with your boarding pass in hand instead of backtracking to the landside shops.

Most items are under the equivalent of $25, with small magnets, keychains, and postcards at the low end and larger handcrafted pieces climbing higher. You’ll see Armenia-themed mugs, flag items, and map designs mixed with more traditional patterns, so it covers both quick tokens and slightly more thoughtful presents in one pass.

The shelves lean heavily Armenian: think pomegranate motifs, Mount Ararat prints, and tricolor logos on shirts and caps. Packable items dominate here, with lots sized to fit easily into a personal item or a 7 kg cabin bag, which matters if you’re already close to carry-on limits leaving EVN.

Payment works like the rest of T2: cards are widely accepted, and prices are typically tagged in Armenian dram, with staff happy to quote the total in English. It’s a small shop, so you can scan the whole selection in under 10 minutes if boarding time is tight.

Tip: if you want fragile ceramics or glass, buy them here after check-in so you don’t have to run those through T2’s main security scanners twice.
