T2

Right after security in T2, this just says “Souvenir Shop”

This basic Souvenir Shop sits airside in Terminal T2, past security and before most gates. Signage is minimal, just “Souvenir Shop,” so it’s easy to walk past if you’re focused on gate screens. Expect a small, traditional airport gift-store layout, not a big department-style place.

Stock leans to Armenia-themed souvenirs: magnets and keychains with Yerevan or Mount Ararat, small flag items, and the usual snow globes. You’ll also see fridge magnets under $5 equivalent and simple keyrings in the same price zone, so it works for last-minute tokens if you forgot downtown shopping. Shelves can look a bit crammed, but you can scan it in under 10 minutes.

Open hours roughly track flight banks in T2, so early-morning departures and late-night arrivals usually find it operating when main security is open. It’s not tied to any single gate, so you can reach it from multiple boarding areas in T2 without re-clearing security. Cards are typically accepted, but it’s smart to keep a few thousand AMD handy in case small items ring up under a card minimum.

Selection is generic, not artisan-level: think printed mugs, standard postcards, and logo-style T-shirts more than hand-made crafts. If you want higher-end Armenian brandy, churchkhela, or serious gifts, duty free further along in T2 is a better bet. Use this spot mainly for quick, cheap gifts that fit in a backpack side pocket.

Tip: Stop here before you head to a far T2 gate; doubling back can add 5–10 minutes to your walk if your flight uses a remote stand bus gate.
